His face and even his bare hands would instantly get frostbitten
very stunning images and great landscape. But I don't think this was taken even close to -71°C :) ... -71° is an extreme condition there too. Average Dezembers/January is around -32/-38° and those are by far the most cold months. I'd say this was taken in March/October where the temperaturs go in between -10 and -25°. Don't get me wrong, this is still freakin cold and most people would not be as relaxed as this guy or be able to camp at this low temperatures. But it's not -71° - as that's just for the clickbait. If he would shovel snow outside without proper gloves and facecover, he would get frostbite very fast. And also other stuff as his equipment would have been way more frozen after a hike like this. Why do you use clickbait? I mean the video is great and the images and scenery are amazing. There is no need for lying to people :)

That area might be Yakutia but must be either autumn time or end of the winter, you can understand from the birds chirping, squirrels and deers hanging around. I am not a zoologist but I dont think in the heart of the winter any animal can take their time outside - as mentioned on the title like -71 degrees temperature - that comfortable during the coldest weather conditions. That does not mean that exactly -71 the temperature during this video shot as mentioned on the title, that is one of the tricks of to get attentions to video.
