@@WildReaches yeh bc it reflects real life situations and reminds me of real times I’ve had out in the bush. Rather than some ultra fancy unrelatable setup or some plan with padded cushions all around the outside of it. You gotta suffer some of the pain, struggle and unknown. Even if everything’s successful. It’s knowing that with 5l of water left you could be up sh*t creek soon

That stingray at 20:34 brings back some good memories. I remember watching in awe in the Gulf as stingrays would leap out of the water onto muddy banks chasing mud skippers, then slide down the mud back into the water ready for their next launch.

It's the drone footage that really puts all of this in perspective gents. This is such a unique part of the world and it really does kind of blow my mind. I can only imagine how it is on the ground. Keep it coming gentlemen.

It puts it into perspective for us on a daily basis too Teddy. Flying the drone each morning to get a lay of the land and river and just to get that feeling of just how remote we are.

Well I have an issue this week with you guys, I purchased a crab from the fishmonger put it down the back of the sofa in a hole for Cheryl to find, she was not impressed!. She found a new hole and the claws are scrapping my underpants!! not good 🤨, but still living the dream.🤣 From "Just out of Reach" UK. Yes, I love both sizes, 110 and 125mm and my go to colour is the fire tiger, they’re a brilliant lure but the trebles aren’t the best if your chasing 80cm plus fish. They’ll get the job done but won’t last 2 fish.

This episode I loved the music and the drone footage. Also Made me have to ask if the drain systems are natural? The winding rivers are they natural? If so how amazing! Have you seen how digging crabs out destroys where they live? Wondering as the big tides in the Kimberleys move so much water it washes the banks where the holes are after you dig a crab out. Destabilises the mud.

Surprised you don't hit more rocks hey - must have some confidence going in these unchartered rivers. I notice your bait caster has a nice parabolic bend to it, is it a jigging rod? Couldn't tell what kind of rod it was, looked a bit like a Shimano jewel from a distance?
