It's funny to see the speed at which you drive, even on the sidewalk. Here in Germany, e-bikes are only allowed to go 15 mp/h without a license plate, if you want to go faster, you need a license plate, and then you are no longer allowed to use the bike lanes or the sidewalk, but only the road. Of course, you then also need insurance.

Think again on the suspension. I have the very same ebike and the suspension is terrible. The front fork only move 1/4 inch at the most no matter how you adjust it and my bike is new. Coupling it with a hard tail be ready for some very rough riding.

I'd probably mount that rear basket further back since it looks too close to the saddle as is. Doesn't it feel like it's pushing you towards the front of the saddle where it's uncomfortable? I do like the integrated bike rack, removable passenger seat (website shows it includes a backrest), dual chainring guards and step-through design. Really nice Ebike I might pick one up myself!

I don't know how you make it on a 15 ah battery if you go over 20mph. I have an AR Kepler, tops out around 36 throttle only, usually ride at 25-28 and I was at 30% from a full charge after 15 miles.

We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. kzbin.infoUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!

And the friend was surprised I would order it when she had never suggested she wanted anything but the pedal bike she had. She has now ridden the bike two times and gives it a 10 and says it is very fun. We have some hills in our town that are very challenging to climb on a typical bike. But tonight she went up with the pedal assist and loved it. I was way behind on my standard bike, huffing and puffing. Now she is no longer lagging behind me. This thing is powerful enough that a person could go around town without any pedaling. She likes to get some exercise so on flat ground she hits the red button to turn off pedal assist and only uses the twist throttle when she's in a tough spot. The bike looks good. It is really a very nice bike for the friend. Now for me, when I get an electric bike, I'm twice her size and will be looking for a bigger watt motor and battery. But this one is just wonderful for my friend. I am happy with this purchase.

How no one has noticed that all these bikes are the same with minor tweaks to appear as a unique product but in reality are just Alibaba manufacturers selling the same frame, lcd, tires, shifter, handle bar, grips, controller is beyond me. I like this guy's content but it's hilarious seeing him intentionally not pointing out the same parts and builds on "different" bikes. I don't see you delivering with a horn, Some chick hit me with her van when i was ebiking to work if i had a horn i probably couldve prevented it. not to be a salesperson but i just got the DAWAY A14 horn on amazon and idk if its very long lasting yet but its very very loud so it should work well if I need to use it.
