The one in Brockton, or somewhere else? Brockton's Baker Elementary has a voice-evac system from EST. My high school, though, had the Simplex 4040 horns, which were deafening loud. I'm so glad I graduated from there eleven years ago, and don't have to deal with THOSE alarms anymore (I find old fire alarms to be much louder than the newer ones.)

I checked, and unfortunately they don't. But there are still a few voice connections: Caillou's mom Doris is voiced by the same woman that voices Muffy Crosswire's mother, and the Caillou narrator did a voice in the episode "Flaw and Order." Also, the guy that voiced Mr. Haney on "Arthur" (whom sadly passed away a few years ago) voiced the mall Santa in "Caillou's Holiday Movie."
