That scene with the five principal characters at the shooting range is breathtaking, and I’ve seen more than one of the cast members say that was one of their favorite scenes to film. I think it’s easily the most dramatic scene in the whole series, and all of them play it so beautifully.

omar and edvin who played simon and william there scenes was so beautiful to watch and there connection and there chemisty and also there communication and there friendship are so strong and i love how simon told wille how he feels towards him it was so honest and when simon told him he love him u can see wille was happy and i love how wille change this speach and told everyone that it was him in the viedo with simon that was so honest it showing everyone how much he love simon and when he turn around to simon and gave him a smail he saying i love to and when simon did the same that meand there are back together now they have each other for support and there love passion and conction is so magic and so powerful that nothing going to keep them apart this going to be a new revolution for them

You know Netflix just won big with Heartstopper and Kit Connor in this Family and Childrens Emmy Awards. They have to put this show up for consideration next year and Edvin Ryding. I do wonder if they consider it young enough for those awards though. I'd love to see a showdown at the Emmy's between Edvin and Kit for best lead. Two actors who have been doing this since they were kids. As much as I like Kit, I just think Edvin has been a little better.

I think I agree. Edvin has been growing leaps and bounds in his acting since the beginning of S1. Maybe we'll see similar growth with Kit in S2 of HS.

Loved your finale reaction. You may disagree, but I thought the final scene between Simon and Marcus was very powerful. Even though Marcus was not the most attuned companion to Simon, I felt like his final speech to Simon hit the mark in a particular way. In effect Marcus was saying "Stop feeling so sorry for yourself," and I think that had some truth to it. We all love Simon's passion, but we also see him being so impulsive at times, throughout both series. I really feel that speech by Marcus helped to wake Simon up to how he really felt about Wilhelm and propelled him to let go of his insistence that he would only be satisfied if their relationship was completely open. He chose to bend some for Wilhelm's sake and give up his insistence. Of course, it ended with Wilhelm declaring the truth to everyone, so they can now be open after all.
