Music arranged in Mario Paint Composer and converted to paper strip with my program MPC2Musicbox.

You can purchase the 15 note music box at the Kikkerland or Grand Illusions or Amazon website to name a few. Maybe you can get it at some special toystores, I know that the Speelklok Museum in Utrecht sells the 20-note music box. As far as I know you can't buy pre-punched paper strips, but you could copy it by looking at this video. See my program MPC2Musicbox for more templates.
