@@PeterFin I don't believe it ever was -- at least not outside the VHS tape(s) that came along with an accompanying booklet. (I still have the copy i bought probably 20+ years ago, complete with that cherished booklet which includes some sheet music excerpts. If you can read sheet music -- and are able to track down a copy for sale somewhere -- it is most highly recommend!)
