This is what happens when wealthy criminals are allowed to settle out of court only to serially reoffend.
@kenwillis8487Ай бұрын
In my opinion they shouldn’t be allowed to settle! They should have to go through the legal system! If they have evidence that a crime was committed then the perpetrator should be sentenced and the victim ordered damages by the court! Currently anyone can claim they were raped or assaulted over 20 years ago with zero evidence. Even if it doesn’t meet criteria for a legal trial the accused is found guilty by public opinion and is forced to settle in order to silence the person. Now that being said, I’m sure that there are a lot of legitimate claims and reasons they remained silent but there are also a lot of false claims looking for a payoff!

I think there are more lawsuits to be filled. It takes weeks to write this kind of lawsuit this Danity Kaine singer (forgot her name) wrote with her lawyers. I heard usually this kind of lawsuit is send to the party that will be sued to settle it in secret and this is why I'm pretty sure, that after Cassie recovered from him, got a family and kids, she decided to destroy him and filled it very publicly speculating, that it will open the flood gates. And this is exactly what happened. I hope there are more people to come out with lots of good evidence.

We live in a celebrity hero worshipping culture. People who excel at some skill get elevated and put on pedestals as idols. Then they start thinking there are two sets of rules which is one for them and one for the rest of us. Then all kinds of bad behavior happens and as a society we are surprised. Really? The indictment here was inspired by civil lawsuits covering alleged actions for years so none of these allegations are new. Cases like this involving celebrities supposedly behaving badly happen mainly due to our cultural desire to worship celebrities.

Dr Grande. When you gave the description of Diddy, I was doing a self analysis at the same time to make sure I didn't have any of those personality traits. I must say I was totally captivated by your presentation. Absolutely brilliant! 👍
