I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2025
@Peterl4290Ай бұрын
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
@larrypaul-cw9nkАй бұрын
Yes true, I have been in touch with a brokerage Advisor. With an initial starting reserve of $80k, my advisor chooses the entry and exit commands for my portfolio, which has grown to approximately $550k.
@jerrycampbell-ut9yfАй бұрын
Agreed! this is why I work with one. My $520k portfolio is well-matched for every market season yielding 85% rise from early last year to date. I and my advsor are working on more figures for this year. IMO, financial advisors are the most sought-after professionals after doctors.

I’ve been looking to invest, but with the market volatility, inflation, and interest rate hikes, I’m concerned. I recently bought some stocks that are now at penny stock levels. Should I stick with value investing during this uncertainty, or would it be better to hold off for now? Also, with Bitcoin rising again, do you think it’s a good time to diversify into crypto?

I agree. Even with great opportunities, we should proceed cautiously. Seeking market analysis or advice from certified market strategists is important.

It's crucial to have a well-thought-out strategy and not make impulsive moves based on short-term market fluctuations. Patience and a long-term perspective are key. You should consider a market expert to guide you.
@viviancarolgioaoАй бұрын
that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+
@PASCALDABАй бұрын

All three of the market's indices have experienced declines in recent weeks, signaling the market's suffering over the past month. My $400,000 portfolio has lost about 20% of its value; I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to increase my returns before I retire.
@Lewistonwilliams-f5i24 күн бұрын
Investors should be especially cautious about their exposure and new purchases in the face of inflation. Obtaining such high yields during a recession is only possible with the assistance of a reputable advisor or competent specialist.
@Helen_white124 күн бұрын
A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.

You all keep being cocky !!!! The market is known to rip peoples' face off. Don't confuse being lucky from having skill. We are about to see who has skill and who is lucky. Cuz you know we are going to tack on another 15 years bull market on top of this the longest bull market in history. With inflation getting ready to go back up and debts at all time highs, with savings below zero.... do you... just know there is someone on the other side of your trade. I would recommend some humility and opening your ears more and talking less.
@Kin-28-8Ай бұрын
The market, whether in recession or not, will always be positive to shrewd investors. You just have to know your way around the market. The recent Fed cut is a big advantage also that any serious person will take advantage of. No better time to let the economy work for you than now.
@Thompson-e7hАй бұрын
Same thing I keep saying. Choose quality stocks and follow them up keenly. If you're not one for such complexities, then work with an Adviser to grow your portf0lio. You can't go wrong with a seasoned CFA. Things will become bullish in no time and the diligent inveestors will smile to the bank. Don't forget the last quarter of the year is upon us.
@Helen_white1Ай бұрын
You're right, I and a few colleagues in NY work with a CFA who prefers we DCA across a number of prospective sectors instead of a lump sum purchase. Following this, my account grew by more than 40% in this 4th quarter.

The market trend can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?
@GaryNickaАй бұрын
In particular, amid inflation, investors should exercise caution when it comes to their exposure and new purchases. It is only feasible to get such high yields during a recession with the guidance of a qualified specialist or reliable counsel.
@Monicamonasky-Ай бұрын

We are only just in the early adopters stage on AI. AI is the worst case of tech herd psychology in history. Much worse than the DotCom bubble, in terms of its nature rather than financial fundamentals... because it is insidious. People think that because the tech herd are still buying chips from NVidia that that proves the profitability of the AI use case... but it doesn't. So we get some productivity gains and can generate a bunch of images and videos... so what? The ROI on trillions $ in AI is not going to materialise... Its an AI bubble for sure. there has never been a bubble in financial history that hasn't popped...
