It is not free and fair. Yes they have greater responsibility than the opposition as Amos says but pf has not taken it. Look at Kabwilis tribal remarks. He was suspended but immediately reinstated. This renders the ecz partial and weakness their ability to work independently. The ELC vehicles also breaks the rules of RATSA and renders the institution useless. Loans for civil servants were taken up by government. Who does this. What about us in the private sector, in small scale businesses who will pay 4 them? Who does that.
