I've learned to put something in between the seats so that the peddle wont get stuck in between it.. make sure to do the same

Well, if you've scrolled down and are reading this comment you can benefit from knowing that a Super73 RX can indeed fit into a 2020 Honda Civic hatchback. It's a little tricky but on the easier side (nothing needs to be adjusted except maybe mirrors if you got them, mine fold in))
