Great video! Thank you for mentioning the potential risk of driving the bass shakers at higher frequencies. I've watched quite a few videos on the topic, but I think you're the first to actually mention that! GPT recommends that I use a virtual audio cable to route a channel from my PC to the bass shakers and to use something like Equalizer APO to filter out those higher frequencies on that separate channel. Hopefully gonna set everything up once it arrives next week. Might make my own video once I have it all setup just to share my thoughts on the experience. Wish me luck!

Super important specially with this shakers that are cheaper than the rest , I opened them up and they have thin plastic inside , can easily break if driven at high frequencies, mines have been taking care off and still shaking my recliner ! Good luck with your video , send it my way once you upload it 💪🏻

Thank you very much for the information, I have a denon s920w 7.2 avr, I am connecting 2 shaker with a fosi m03 amplifier, should I make the cut in the avr? Please explain?
@AzraelMalakh7 Жыл бұрын
Yes , it’s better to do it directly on the AVR I’ve tested this specific shakers under different frequencies and although mine seem to hold up even at higher frequencies I don’t recommend it . It doesn’t add a noticeable enough effect to justify risking breaking them . Unless you running mini DSP do the cut from AVR settings using your sub pre out of course

@@AzraelMalakh7 Thank you very much, how should I have the avr denon configured? To make the shakers at 80hz, please
@AzraelMalakh7 Жыл бұрын
@@LOBOFERZD on your crossover settings make sure that none of your speakers is crossed over 80hz , I’ve found that crossing all of them at 80hz gives me the best results

My guy Did you end up getting stronger Amps to power them? Also what kinda subs are you running with in your system?
@AzraelMalakh7 Жыл бұрын
@@demonreturns4336 tried with 100w per channel amp and they do perform better , my subs are 2 sony 10 inch speakers and 1 12 inch subwoofer

Im gonna buy 4 of dayton 300watt transducers but i couldn't find 4 channel 300w amp so do you think i can use 2 of Fosi 300w 2 channel amp to power 4 transducers?

Absolutely , actually all you need is an RCA splitter for the signal and you good to go , if you need extra help feel free to contact me through the email on my KZbin channel I’ll gladly help you

@@AzraelMalakh7 thanks for the reply. Can i use headphone only instead of having home theater speakers? Thank you
@AzraelMalakh710 ай бұрын
@@ji3200 yes , as long as both everything is connected to same source device you are good to go , I’ve done it before because my receiver has a headphone jack , if you are using for example a computer , it would be : from computer to headphones and amp and then you connect your shakers to amp. You just need the right “Y” cord
