If she did, then she would have to get those delegates on her own terms (like everyone else). 2.) Not at this stage. It has passed a certain date where is does pass to the VP. If it was earlier in the primary you are correct. I think this is why Trump is not naming his VP yet, just in case anything comes up with is sentencing, he doesn't want it automatically falling to his VP.
