There's no limit, and they don't have the same density. The force of each black hole depends on it's size, whereas the larger they are, the more dense they are. Larger black holes are more rare, while most are commonly average sized. There's no definitive limit to the size and density of a black hole, but there are resisting factors to how much they're fed to size which diminishes the probability of monstrously giant black holes. I currently cannot remember what the contributing factors are, but I will come back for an edit.

Hello. There is no way to do it. Neither by CERN, nor any other facilities are capable of making a black hole. Neither of micro, nano or pico types of black holes. The theoretical radius of the event horizon for Earth is around 4.5 millimetres only. Can you imagine that? If somehow our planet could have been turned into a black hole, then the size of the black hole itself would be as big as 9 mm sphere. Would you imagine how all the matter has to be heavily compressed to be the size of such a little marble? I cannot even imagine an amount of energy needed to turn our Earth into a black hole of such a small size. I think black holes as just planets with such a huge gravity pull it doesn’t allow light to escape, there for it looks like a hole when really it’s just a planet with a huge gravity pull

youre kinda right in the sense that a planet could be a blackhole if the volume is decreased, though this causes it to be much different. Lets say mars shrunk down to the size of the marble, it would keep the same gravitational pull, since gravity relies on mass, though because of the nature of blackholes and the event horizon it would not let light escape.
