All he has to do is stop blackrock and investors from buying and get rid of the red tape for tiny homes and push for remote work also the HUD program is corrupt, more effort needs to be put in to ensure first time homebuyers can get in

I bought my home under Trump 2.25% on a 300k Home at 1300 a month and under Harris/ Biden went up 60% I should be Happy but I feel bad for young starting out same type Home is over 3500 a Month with Higher Taxes .....Just Sad ...

I work in the mortgage industry and I helped the fallout of the housing market in 2009. Trump’s deregulation will just encourage the predatory lenders to swoop in and make a massive amount of money and increase the market short term but long term like the previous Arm loans that were a big issue could very much become an issue again. Them Then the future administrations would have to bail out the housing market and the industry and banks to keep those from falling which almost happened again! Bottom line does Trumps policies help increase the ability to purchase homes. Yes, maybe but overall I think it is a very slippery slope to be on and it would devastate the economy and the fiscal budget if we had to do another massive bailout. TOO RISKY! I don’t agree!! 👎

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It's a balancing act for sure. I don't believe it will be deregulated so much that we see predatory lending again. I guess we will see.
