I initially thought Kevin’s offer was bad, but with some tweaking, it wasn’t a bad offer because this entrepreneur has not gained real traction yet with university and pro teams, physical therapy chains, and trainers. His revenue could easily double with Kevin’s expertise and the cash flow to grow large enough to get a big offer from a major chain.

Because one of the ways to fix a cash flow business is to, invest in inventory and reduce manf. costs and there by increase the profit margins. He most probably wants to do that for some time until there is a reasonable profit margin and then sellout for not less than 20mil. The alternate approach would be to see if anything is patentable, if yes, get the IP, and the sell for over 50-70mil, or license it, or workout something with Cuban who could easily get it in the sports industry.
