I remember delivering loads for Walmart in MD, VA, and NC. This older guy unloading my truck at the store kept saying, "I didn't realize how peaceful life was when i didn't prioritize a woman." he kept repeating over and over. 😂 Going in and out the truck. He never told me the story behind it😂😂

Don't ask these Gen-Z adults that question. These young adults today plan to never get married 😆😆. But I have to say that I'm right along with them. It's just too much work trying to satisfy a lot of females in this era. I feel like social media is a lot to blame. It's gotten us to a point where face to face communication isn't good enough. It always has to be on a dating site or through texting all the time. I really miss the era where it wasn't all technology.

that's the main reason I don't want to be a landlord, if someone F ups bad enough I don't want to deal with them longer then I have to, if you miss rent or some other major reason then you have the right to GTFO, I shouldn't have to pay vast sums of money to remove undesirable people from my property, that's BS
