Guys let me ask something do you care this like doing high intensity exercise and squats if you are not any athlete while being normal because it’s human nature we don’t appreciate what we have and we really miss it when it doesn’t have (temporarily ) I know there are the people are athletic and sports persons but not everyone into much harder sports or activities yeah after surgery we need to accept it patiently do exercise and we really regret it at some points when we are feeling pain and many things and there will be phase when we getting into past memories of doing exercise running etc and now we can’t this is the phase you need to overcome this . Being 5 10 I am happy with what I have some friends are very tall and I am from Punjab India
