You’re way more organized than I am. I’d have lost my mind dealing with all that. I should look into one of those omelette pans. I’m doing carnivore(when I can afford it), and that’d come in handy for a quick meal.

Game changer! I used to make mine in a frying pan, then flip it onto the George Forman to do the other side. Honestly, it's SO fluffy with one of these omelette pans ❤️
