Are you checking the backlash when you rebuild, especially critical when mixing parts from different casing. Should probably check bearing preloads too

Hey man. Thanks for watching! I didn't check backlash and I cheated on checking bearing preload. I was running out of time to get the car back together so I did rush the transfer case assembly.

Hey bro greetings from australia, I quite like watching your videos we have similar set ups and similar problems. Not sure if it works on the early days seem given the gear ratios. But there is a place here in Australia That does conversions to run old school. GTR rear diff, pricey but bullet proof. If you can fabricate, you can probably do it yourself a whole lot cheaper. I am thinking of doing that to my Evo 4RS

greetings. the fact is that the car does not move the tires at the start. you should figure that out first to minimize breakage. Have you already verified the sparkplug gap? it should be 19mm if you are using 25, that may be the problem. success
