@@kcbd50 Aside from the champions, there is a lack of competition in every division. Maybe top-2 contenders in ea division are legit, rest are past prime or gate keepers at best. Even the LW division only has like 3 contenders at this point. The UFC used to have divisions STACKED with HUNGRy talent. Most American fighters seem to be in it for the money these days.

I believe that they will definitely fight an MMA fight next, based on comments that both Paul and Diaz have made, it seems to be what the plan was all along for both guys to milk as much money out of their rivalry as possible. Jake claims to be a solid wrestler and that he only needs a few months to hone the other skills he needs for MMA, but at the end of the day, if he loses to Nate in MMA there is no shame for him, he can just say 'hey I'm new at this', much like Nate did after their boxing match.

I don't hate Jake. I think it is cool he wants to box. But where is the glory? I get it, the money. But at what cost? Reputation. Going against older MMA fighters, and telling them not to use a fraction of their kit is handicapping the opponent. Not to mention not being used to boxing gloves(yes it makes a difference). I think a lot of ppl would be more on his side if he would just box legit boxers. If he truly loved the sport, he would fight legit boxers. He doesnt, he loves easy money. So, any win from him has no dignity that comes with it. But I suppose the ones accepting the challenge loves easy money too.
