As an IPSWICH supporter, it is a false narrative to suggest we have raw wheels coming off, as we are second in the last six games form table. Only Boro have not lost a game in the Championship in the last six games, only Bristol City have conceded fewer in those six games, and only Southampton have scored more. We have it in our own hands, and actually played well in the first half against Watford, and against Boro, and hit the post in both games. Last season, albeit in L1, we had to go to Derby, Barnsley, Peterborough and win, and we did, so the experience is hard-wired into us, and we just need to go to Hull and do the same, and by then we will know the points total that Leeds and Southampton will have after 45 games. When we play Coventry, we will know the maximum points total that the other three teams can obtain, and we will have two games to get that total. Leicester have a harder game against WBA than they would have had, thanks to WBA dropping points, and then a tough, tough game against Southampton, when a draw would be ideal for Ipswich. Leeds going to Boro is tough, and QPR on a Friday night, under the lights, when QPR could be celebrating staying up, or needing something to avoid relegation. The beauty for us, is for Southampton to get to their maximum of 96 points, that would reduce the maximum points that Leicester could get to 97 points, and Leeds to 93 points. I still think we will go up automatically

As an Ipswich fan I’m not looking at what ifs with last few games, I’m just buzzing that with 3 games to go promotion is in our own hands. Optimistic that having a 2 week break it will give the players decent rest to hit final three games fresh and get over the line. For me all the pressures is on Leeds and Leicester as parachute clubs. Hopefully saints take points from both of them as well.

Because if it is the latter then Ipswich after 43 games are the best team in the division. No argument about that. They have the most points, albeit Leicester have a game in hand but haven't won that.

Ipswich are second in form table, in last six games, winning two, drawing three and losing just one. Ipswich also played well in last two games they drew. Hardly wheels coming off. Leicester's wheels have come off given they were 18 points clear in feb and Leeds' wheels are rattling ...

Leicester have a huge advantage over Leeds in that they have an extra point and a game in hand. It is very difficult to judge who has the tougher fixtures, you'd probably say Southampton just because of all the matches they have to play in such a short period.

Leicester's chances for the first place are bigger (3 home games) if they do it. Leicester and Leeds will host Southampton in home games.

Your title is a joke. The season is 46 games. Did you say Leeds bottled it when they started season poorly? There are ups and downs its a long season. Leicester were in a terrible state losing so many players and morale on the floor last summer. We are guaranteed play offs and in with a 50% + chance of top 2.

Southampton nailed on for automatic now . As a Leeds fan unless we can get promoted on the final day I'd throw the game to get Southampton promoted to avoid them at Wembley

Southampton have to make up 2 points on Ipswich and improve their goal difference and they have to play Leicester and Leeds away. They are absolutely not nailed on, they have got themselves right back in it, but they can't afford to drop any points. If they win the rest they will deserve it. Leicester only need to win one more to make it very difficult for Southampton and Leeds to catch them. Even a point at West Brom would mean Leicester only need to match Ipswich to finish above them.

As a soton fan im not looking any further than the cardiff game. If we win that, then we are right in the mix. And if, its a BIG if, we beat leicester as well then are momentum will carry us to automatic promotion, but obviously if we drop any points against cardiff and leicester then its play offs.
