When you make it to fourth grade, they'll explain to you how producing *lots* of CO2 - many orders of magnitude more than all the people and animals breathing - is bad, because the plants can't absorb it all and then it builds up in the atmosphere, making the planet hotter.

The energy industry has been more productive than ever the last 15 years or so. America has been setting records in oil production and gas production time and time again. Just the shale operators have drilled more wells and produced more oil than ever with less rigs. To say that oil and gas has been unproductive is pretty wild.

In the tax talk, you didn't bring up sales tax on what you consume, rather than what you make. Also a 100% inheritance tax. Make billions when you live, but that would be your taxes. Let your kids pull up their own bootstraps - the American dream of equality.
@RobWilliams007
@RobWilliams007 3 ай бұрын
Lowering the income tax usually brings in more revenue as the economy usually does better so overall, you get more money. Also, you could implement a .5% federal sales tax - that taxes those that purchase more (usually the rich), makes sure everyone pays something and even has a back door to taxing illegal activity - if a drug dealer buys a car or tv - they get taxed or if illegal aliens buy something, they are paying taxes.

The problem of hundreds or thousands of years cannot be solved woth conventional methods. I have an out of box thinking kind of solution to done all problems debt crisis, dedollarization, poverty, recession, non inclusive growth, that too without changing much like taxes, jobs etc. If at all anything changes, it would be the positive ompact like positive econony growth, happier people, inclusive growth etc. That too guaranteed, that solution will work for atleast 100 years or beyond. Avoid all possible aggression ceime because of recession or joblessness. No violence no war,between countries. Solution is in lieu of royalty, which in fact ALL countries would be haloy that its nothing conpared to the oroblem solved like debt to GDP of more than 100% in most countries would be solved. So royalty is nothing. All countries including USA would more than welcome to oay royalty and get the solution implemented.

Oregon and Washington tried pilot programs to tax per mile. I am all for lower taxes but if you’re going to tax my GCE for roads, then you have to tax electric cars because they use the road too. I also think bicycles should be taxed because of the cost of all the bike lanes and the congestion caused when they take away a driving lane to put in a bike lane. They use the road too.

Contrary to popular belief, Gold, Bitcoin, Stocks, Bonds, will all collapse as yields rise. However, the US dollar will go up, as it is the best hedge against inflation because when asset prices drop (caused by the inflation) the US dollar will be able to buy gold, bitcoin, stocks, bonds, at dirt cheap prices. The more they print money, the more inflation they create, the more bond yields will rise, the more bigger the collapse will be. To prevent this they will raise taxes, but in the long term this will make things worse as they then create a massive depression.

Nothing will work. The problem is unique in hundreds and thousands of years and needs out of box solutions. I have a fool proof solution that will solve all problems of the world, debt crisis, recession, poverty, non inclusive growth, possible famishing hunger, deaths, violence and wars. That too atleast for 100 years and beyond. Of course if Trump is interested in the solution in lieu of royalty from USA and all countries. The best part of that the solution ISS so attractive that countries will in fact be happy to pay royalty and accept solution ASAP.

15:57 again using fossils fuel for idiotic explosion engine . This is not the way. We need that material for industrial components . Not for « energy ». Stop it. Focus on real energy : fusion/hydrogen.

You can't have a discussion over tariffs unless you can actually quote what the Tariffs are and from what country... actually do your homework...

I can't stand it when you quote third grade economics... Let me explain something for about the 50th time as a guy who did this for a living for the last 30 years... You can't be a free trader when the other side has 300% more terrorists than you do that's the United States and any country they do business with on the manufacturing front... Why don't you do a little bit of homework all you have to do is just say here's a country here's their tariffs here's our tariffs... I'm not sure why everyone such a big fan of the show the question is honestly are fifth grade.... Why don't you ask the question hey there's a lack of tariffs which allow other countries to steal our jobs

On the other side of the coin is that we can easily take the last drop of oil rapidly from our only planet. People love to drive around in circles all day going nowhere. Lower gas prices? means only one thing and that is that people will drive around more and they will all want gas guzzlers and scream when there is no fuel left.

Actually, I remember Rush saying the same thing. However, if we go all in on electric cars, the cost of electricity will go sky high. Mainly to cover the cost of more power stations, but also because we will have no choice. Pretty much catch 22 . Anyway, no free ride.

Ain't no retirement crisis. The government can print 🖨 money for nonstop wars, to pay off excessive college debt, quantitative easing and anything else. So printing for retirement for a bunch of elderly people shouldn't be an issue. 😳

It's like a fifth grader talking about tariffs... Seriously asking questions at a fifth grade level... do tariffs hurt the lower class... Shipping all the jobs to China and then acting like you're doing it for the lower class is a bunch of b*******... David Lynn should know to ask questionsLike this instead of his stupid left-wing communist question

Health insurance and car payments are about the same number on average. Gym memberships are 15% of that spent on fast food monthly as well. The government isn't the only ones with poor budgeting and misplaced priorities.
