@@alexanderzaka8794 About four or five years ago he made some comments about women's football that were less than complimentary. They were highlighted to Copa90 by someone and he was suspended. I don't agree with it to be honest, everyone has said and done things in their past that they wouldn't do now. People's past shouldn't define them. Sadly in this 'wonderful' day and age it does and people are judged guilty without the opportunity to to explain. Maybe it would be better if folk didn't post their whole live on Twatter and other social media.

Here's what happened with Poet, posting this because everyone is asking and no one is answering(also took me a bit to dig up in the first place) i'm gonna try to sound unbiased: A sports activist on twitter brought up some not good old tweets that Poet posted (4-8 years ago) and told Copa 90 Poet shouldn't be on women's football promotions after those comments. She followed up with asking for a public apology. Copa 90 obliged and also noted they were renegotiating Poet's contract until satisfied (I imagine this is a suspension of work and payment that we are seeing right now. ) Not gonna say the activists name just because the whole twitter thing has already devolved into a game of "no you's" and I don't want to see hate being turned into leverage that keeps Poet off the show. If you feel strongly inclined one way or the other you have the base info to go out and find everything you need.
