Think you was very polite and kind to the customer who off hired that tractor. Should have cleaned the day before at least a bit. Most hire company’s would charge to return it that dirty!

Just shows how such a polite gentleman you are Michael in the way you covered the tyre swapping issue. I think most people would have named and shamed the company and sent them the bill. Everyone is finding it hard to make ends meet and pay the bills, but you don’t do what they have done to a good family company or anyone if it comes to that. It stinks

Do you not have a checklist with the trailer serial number and customer name so you can trace back.

Might be worth asking Becky Giles where her signboard came from who's a KZbinr & family does livestock transport (St Mary's Transport) She has a nice Green illuminated Sign board in the back of her lorry Bunk with the company name on it.

Hire Anything it's not Easy, They don't clean anything 90% And as you found out with the Tyre Probably Damaged or Swapped, It's Hard when you Deal with Clever Dishonest People And the end Result on today's Video 😡 Happy New year , Or it was 😢 Keep Smiling !!! 😊

I can understand if someone pulled a tyre off and destroyed it, get a part worn tyre on to get the job finished, but they should have reimbursed you the wear difference.
