No. The owners won't allow it. They aren't gong to shut down a season and risk injuries to million dollar baseball players.

Fair point. I don't think mlb gonna do it. But here's the thing. Okay sure the NBA is in the offseason currently. But these guys are making 50+ mil and they were battling every game for the gold.

I love baseball. I love the Olympics. The two don't belong together. Same with tennis, golf, and all other sports where the Gold Medal isn't the ultimate prize. Get them out of the games.
