Well I been to those type appeal, they will ask him has he giving you a rule book, did he give you a verbal warning, does he have this rule posted up in the employee area has he written you up three times if he fail in all above qusetion, you will win your appeal.

@@ChasingAndrewJackson You know a verbal is written on paper and must be sign by the employee or emmployees if doesn't have that proof, then it will bee his word against your word every violtion must filed in your file, Sound like Charlie never manager or supervise people. in some states Requires that employees are given a meal interval of at least 30 minutes if they work more than 6 hours in a day
