The compression tools are the most exciting to me! One day I'll buy this to myself :)
@GabrielVIP8 ай бұрын
Hey! Yeah, the compression is so good, and you can set it super precise. It worth the money. Thank you!

Great informative video! Did you directly connect the audio from the Rodecaster Duo to the camera? Or you recommend to record using external recorder and sync later?
@GabrielVIP3 ай бұрын
Hey! I always recommend recording externally. On Rodecaster or other recorder. The 3, 5mm jack that the camera has is the worst connection when it comes to quality. If you invest a lot in a great device, try and squeeze the maximum of it. It will take you 1 minute more to sync the audio, but the quality is the most important. Thank you!

Hey thank you! I don’t want to make you to buy it if you don’t need it 😁 But if you think you need all these festures, this is a great tool. Thank you for your support :)

Envato is awesome, I really like it too. This video is probably going to end up making me spend money my friend! If you are doing voice cleanup in post production, are there some basic tips / starting points that creators can use to make it easier? Great video....absolutely appreciate the information!
@GabrielVIP8 ай бұрын
Hey. Thank you. I don’t intend to make spend money 😁 But if you want premium processing and channels and things like this, it can help you :) I will add on my list a tutorial for voice cleanup but it depends on what software you use :) Aaaaand! The audio in your videos is super good bro :) Thank you for your support!

Hi. Do you recommend I connect the rodecaster duo directly to my Sony A6400 DSLR camera?
@GabrielVIPАй бұрын
Hey! I don't like that. Rodecaster has great preamps and the sound is clean. If you do that you will record the sound also through the camera preamp and that has poor quality compared with Rodecaster.
@goke_solomonАй бұрын
Thank you for your response. So I should record into my laptop right? That’s gonna work right?
@GabrielVIPАй бұрын
Yes! On your laptop or on the Micro SD card. You can insert a micro SD card into your Rodecaster.

Hey friend. I have been using the DBX286s for live processing for a couple years...but its always different to get it dialed in just right...have you any experience with that equipment to be able to compare? I'm wondering if this would be a good replacement. I record into the Zoom P4 which it looks like this would also replace.
@GabrielVIP8 ай бұрын
Hey bro. I have the DBX. It’s good, I like it but this is different. On the DBX you have a complete chain and more. the EQ is fantastic, the compression is great, exciter and many more. If it worth to upgrade or not… it’s ip to you and what you do. If you need more channels, advance procesing, three channels from your computer etc… this is perfect :) Thank you!

Planit the fact that you let an AD ruin something that’s completely different shows a lot how judgemental you are
