1:50 The scammers know that the more people involved on the victim’s side, the more likely someone will recognize the scam and they won’t receive money. They are trying to rein in control and isolate the victim because it is easier to manipulate one victim than a group. Notice the love bombing and the many attempts to exclude others who may try to protect the victim.

I am the subscriber that had the ideas about merch, subbies putting your link all over the other channels they already listen to and making yourself more accessible to your subscribers. I see people in the comments who only know who your ladies are...but most know nothing of you (but idk...maybe you want it that way). Even though it may seem uncomfortable at first, people are going to get much more attached to your channel if they feel like they know something of you personally. They will have a hard time removing themselves as subbies once they have gotten subscribed in the first place. Live videos will help that along and some more interaction during the regular videos will make them feel like they belong. You do such a fantastic job at responding to comments--nothing to fix there! I do art journals/junk journals and I have noticed that they tend to banter between themselves about current news or other interesting topics. I think they would take your channel and run with it if they knew about it. Do you happen to know if YT allows people to put a link the comments section? Here's another idea...I think you should put a link on your videos to some sort of poster (index card size) handout that can be downloaded and then let people print them and share them in person. I am going to a housing association meeting tomorrow night. I think there are tons and tons of places where we aren't thinking about this channel as 'must read' for their own safety. Another place that comes to mind is our Senior Citizens center that my mom and grandmother go it. It may be a lot of work but I think it's really worth the shot!

Yes, I do need to do more lives and maybe appear in the videos sometimes. I can't leave links to my own channel in comments - that would be a breach of etiquette even if YT do allow it. I think links are allowed - at least to other YT videos. I've set up a Patreon account - not active yet - and might put things such as your idea for posters on there. I'm thinking also of doing the two books as audio books and selling them via Patreon.

I share regularly with my mom and gran. I just want every other person to have the same opportunity. Byw...a few months ago my family was almost in the...grandchild need bond money to get out of jail scheme. We caught it before giving the 'lawyer' got his money. Well...its all over our news that a team of those guys was just caught and charged with a huge number of felonies. All well and ends well except the other victims.
