they care because of a small child. If it's an unemployed adult, of course their concerns are different. lots of social experiment content, unemployed adults ask for help, but the concern of Americans and Europeans is very small, approximately out of 10 people, only 1 cares.

That's because too many of the people that are homeless are addicts. And people are weary of giving them money for food. Because they are afraid, they will use it for drugs.
