Its amazing that CPP and QPP assets ($700-billion) were factored into the statements of canada having lowest debt to gdp. Those shouldn't be factored in when comparing in fairness to what actually stands in the G7, theoretically these cant be used to offset govt debt because it belongs to the public retirees.
