I'm a Vikings homer, but in this environment likely less knowledgable that most of the other commenters. Nonetheless, Mr Hoops, I suspect that the game will hinge upon which Sam Darnold shows up, and for how long. If it's the Sam Darnold who throws consistently to the jersey numbers of Jetts, Addison, Nailor & Hockenson, I don't believe that the Lions have much of a chance of winning. If it's the Sam Darnold that hits 50% of his passes, the Lions will win easily. I simply have no idea of which of these two Darnolds will appear on the field on Sunday evening.

@@TouchdownHoops Thank you for your thoughtful response, Mr Hoops! I didn't come to this conclusion about Darnold easily. It was only by watching over the last 2 years just how sure-handed Addison, Hockenson, Jalen Nailor & (especially) Jetts (Justin Jefferson) have become that I made this conclusion. If the football is even remotely catchable, they will hardly ever miss the catch. Nonetheless, I'm completely aware of the benefit of home field advantage & I'm certain that Dan Campbell & his team understand this also. This game has all the hallmarks of being a classic.

Lions deserve it through all the injuries they still 8-0 on the road 14-2 record, most points scored by any team come on who else better or doing this
