Stop calling Shedeur's response "antics", he responded to a hit piece article and that was it. The media is really crafting a false narrative about who he is as a person and teammate. There's more than enough video evidence that shows who he is and how much his teammates love him. Also, Shedeur wasn't the only player on the team that responded to that BS article multiple players including one that just went into the portal tweeted about how foolish that article is. If they wanted to follow up on CU players then they could of followed up on the walk-on that was on the 1-11 team and now has a scholarship OR the player who is getting to play after the NCAA denied his transfer waiver.

I feel like I'm a unicorn. I'm the only person who likes Deion but still thinks this whole thing was beyond unnecessary. Unlike most I read the entire article. People latch on to a couple of sentences from Xavier Smith but no one brings up how he also was speaking positive about him. It just feels like Deion is so iconic and tight with so much of the sports media that no one dares to speak ill of him. He took a 1-11 team (that record doesn’t even capture how bad that team was, flips the entire roster, gets better after the December ‘22 portal and Spring ‘23 portal and goes 4-8. The lose 6 games by a score or less, and now have had two more portals Dec ‘23 and Spring portal ‘24 in which they have gotten better again and have now filled deficiencies and added depth. Do you really think they aren’t gonna win any games. I have them winning 8 games with the possibility of winning more… which will put them in the conversation of competing for conference championship all season long. But, no.
