You are absolutely correct!! EA is being extremely lazy. ALL MADDEN does not make the CPU smarter or more strategic, the CPU just already knows what the player is calling and the defender runs the receiver’s route, better than the receiver. Tackling sucks and the defense has a sixth sense. The ratings of the players matter significantly less. My LT has a 95 overall and can barely protect me from an 85 overall DE. Unfortunately, sliders are the only way to balance out the gameplay. ALL MADDEN would be fun if I felt that the CPU was out smarting me and making me change my tendencies. I really wish EA would allow other developers like 2K to make Football games again.

I love the franchise... unfortunately this year's Madden they really want players to use the free form passing. That's why everyone is throwing so many times Ints this year...but e.a thinks we are tom Brady and can put the ball back shoulder or the only spot the receiver can get to it...I just put the CPU sliders down on defense on pass reaction time and Ints by 15. And it helps alittle

Actually the free form helps you NOT throw INTs . It allows you to put the ball where you want away from DBs

Exactly what I was saying e a wants us to use the freeform passing and I actually like it reminds me of the year you had to play with the vision cone I think it was in Madden 06 maybe 07.

Yeah man I gave up on my franchise the ints are too much for me to handle

I’ve paused on playing as well until they fix some of the ridiculous fumbles, sacks have gotten out of hand/terrible o line awareness guys like Justin Herbert and Joey Bosa hitting free agency and yeah the ints that happen because your WRs can’t react even being user controlled or they phase through your player are really bad.
