What a thoughtful and sincere man! I was so enraptured during Mitchell's caviar story. This segment is a fun one as a viewer, but I can imagine it being so stressful for the chefs. Rhett and Link make the Kitchen do so many insane tasks, and I love that the chefs in this segment don't just cook their best meal (though that might be a fun future video idea! No gimmick, just cook for another professional!) but they incorporate a ridiculous element into each course and then be critiqued. Mitchell was such an awesome guest! I got a sense that he is such a nice person but deeply cares about his students to give them honest, benefical advice, even if it is harsh. I personally respond to honest and tough comments the best because I then trust that person. Great video!!
