Talk about all the hellcat builds that customers got screwed on when you took over forza performance.... my tune is trashed and jan says contact Brenton to fix.... I suppose we don't get a warranty... almost $18k and the car is under 850whp on redeye and car goes into limp mode after a hard pull .... no dyno run numbers.. so now I have to pay another $1200 for a proper tune and dyno numbers..... all those other customers left hanging....

I would absolutely love to talk about that. My email address is cicio@cicioperformance.com if you really wanted real information. But since you posted here I will address a few things you said that are completely false. We did NOT "take over" Forza. We did nothing but purchased the assets of a FAILING business. (lifts and tools) At this point I am going in the hole well into the 6 figures for no other reason but to help the ex Forza customers. I have zero liability to do so, I simply don't wanna see a group of car guys get screwed because a performance shop failed. I care about the industry as a whole too much for that. Now, on the tuning front. Your car was tuned by the owner of the old shop. It had nothing to do with us. Yet still when you called in my staff taught you how to log the car and asked you to send us a log to see if we could help. Again this is not our tune and has nothing to do with us. We still are here trying to help. And we still will...even after this public attempt of a jab. Finally, we have not left one single customer hanging. We have spent hundreds of hours communicating, updating and working with the ex Forza clients in order for them to not be left hung out to dry by that company. Once again with zero liability to do so and losing money with every hour spent. I think that is all the details needed on this KZbin video. You have all of our contact information.
