In October 2001, Bush made a speech announcing the start of the war against the Taliban in Afghanistan. Very unusually he was placed in front of a window overlooking the White House lawn. It wasn't mentioned or referenced at all in the speech, but, also unusually, and something that would never usually be allowed to happen, was that every now and then, you could see kites being flown by children in the background. Flying kites was something banned by the Taliban. I managed to grab a very grainy copy of a this from a web stream, but have never ever heard anyone talk about it. It's on my channel. After that I noticed Obama's masterful and manipulative use of conversational hypnosis in his 2008 election campaign. Very sneaky people these politicians.

Looks like PBS uploaded a good copy of this in 2021. It's called President George W. Bush's full address announcing first U.S. strikes in Afghanistan - Oct. 7, 2001
