I’m a 27 year old going on 28 come May. I got blood work done last week and the results came in on Saturday. I got blood work done because these past few years I’ve been feeling depressed, low energy, moody, etc. I finally woke up and told myself that it’s not normal to be feeling this way. So that’s when I decided to get blood work done. My results read as follows. Testosterone 78, Calc free testosterone 17, Creatinine .57. As you can see it’s extremely low, and I have setup an appointment at a trt clinic this upcoming Thursday hoping for some good news and a change in my life for the better.

(Lucky to have a hot wife) lol Got tested was 117. Started TRT back in august! Life has changed so much in a positive way. Energy, came off all my anti depressants, finally put back on some weight ( I had gotten down to like 130lbs and looked sick) I’m right at 175 now, feel great, got my confidence back! The only side effect I’ve had is some slight acne here and there on my shoulders, but nothing that’s bothersome at all. Wish you the best of luck!!

Not only labs, but physical, EKG, echocardiogram, etc. Messing with your hormones is no joke. But it can be done safely and hugely improve your life. The funny part is, I am already pretty ripped... Physically I look great. My test tho has been crap. Figured it's worth a shot of a moderate dose.. No pun intended. Best of luck dudes. Edit: I totally agree it's from food. Im 57 and on 200mg of Cypionate a week. Im now into my 2nd shot of my 2nd 10ML bottle and I have mixed results. First off, Im still dragging ass early to mid afternoon. So the extra energy other TRT users talk about isn’t something Im experiencing unfortunately. I struggle to go to the gym after work for sure. Since I started in August, Ive most definitely put on some nice muscle mass. Shocking how my chest blew up and filled in nicely. With that said,….my belly fat hasn’t dropped. 😢. I eat pretty clean and barely eat any carbs, and just about NEVER eat sugar. I yesterday said enough’s enough and restarted full blown strict Keto to shed the belly. I did Keto 4 years ago and lost 47 lbs in 4.5 months. I was jacked. The key with Keto is cutting ALL CARBS & SUGAR,….but very important is eating as low amount of calories you can mentally take. Eating a small amount of food is a serious mind fuck that you will have to figure out. Eating satiating foods will without a doubt help you, but like I’ve told friends who saw me cut,…..if you ain’t hungry then you are eating way too much! For me to get cut like I was I was pretty much always hungry, hence me saying it’s a mind fuck! Hoping to be jacked (6 pack) again by January/February. would you advise hitting the gym more often in the first week after injection of trt? dr gave me a 250mg single injection dose which seems a bit high but feel fine but i was thinking if i did that shot once every two or three weeks it would make sense to hit the gym more often in the first week assuming recovery is faster during that first week.

@@Butter_5.0 i stopped trt a while ago. i am a hard gainer and it caused me to lose weight which never looks good on my frame. lately i have just focused on eating more protein (100-120 grams per day) and taking leucine post workout. and i wasnt eating this amount of protein when i did trt so I probably wasnt getting enough protein during that cycle to get good results.

TRT is not for bodybuilders it's to help people who have little test to lead a normal life
@crowneproductions99084 ай бұрын
I’m on TRT dosage of 150mg per week dosed out every other day (self diagnosed and I get pharma grade stuff from trusted source) and this is a common half truth about TRT. It’s the “medical/pharmaceutical corporate tag line” for selling test to millions of guys. The half truth is that, yes TRT is designed to help guys live a “normal life” but the other part that you aren’t talking about is that “normal” levels of test with these TRT regiments is as close to high as a normal guy could possibly be and some guys even ride past the normal high end. The reality is that TRT levels are well above the average. If you take average or “normal” guys not in TRT and average their test levels vs the average of the TRT guy (im talking about prescribed dosages not bodybuilding cycles or even close) you will find TRT crowd is far higher in test levels and they benefit greatly compared to “normal” guys not on TRT. Don’t lie and pretend like TRT is not a huge advantage. It definitely is. And I’m on it and won’t lie to guys about it. I’m sick of the gatekeeping attitude of the TRT crowd. Fuck off. Vast majority of guys, especially 30 years old and beyond, would greatly benefit from TRT and I encourage everyone to look into it and make an educated decision.

I just started it and I was prescribed a gel I don’t know the dose of it but basically you apply one squirt on your left shoulder and rub it in and then one squirt on your right shoulder and rub it in and it’s a daily thing and my levels hadn’t changed in three months. I just saw the doctor yesterday and he increased the dose to two pumps per shoulder each day.does anyone know if this gel actually does work? It’s definitely a testosterone replacement therapy. It’s just not the injections if anyone could answer that would be great. Thank you.

Our doctors and healthcare system is mostly garbage. I asked my first doctor last year to check this, because of all my symptoms “Oh no, we don’t check that till your 40’s” (I’m 37) thank god he retired and I got an awesome replacement doc, she didn’t even question it when I asked. I knew in my gut my levels were low. Well below 300.
@jerryh29545 ай бұрын
No, it doesn't put muscle on. You put muscle on by working out and dieting correctly. Most people go on TRT and pick up where they left off in the gym 30 years ago. If they did that without a healthy Test level they would see great changes, but with a healthy test level the effort is additionally reworded . I had a test level in my 600s in my mid 30s, now I'm in my 800s so its like when I was in my 20s.

TRT was more a gateway for me. TRT, training hard, then came other compounds. tore my bicep and basically lost all my gains. So no, TRT alone won't make you ripped. Not even on my current dose of 200mg a week. You'll need 500 mg and some extra compounds like tren or dbol to see that fullness you're after.

You work out way too much. In the gym it is catabolic. If you are under stress everyday you can't heal up. You grow outside the gym while at rest.
