@@jansport0409 Perhaps you have read Rashid Khalidi The Hundred Years' War on Palestine? It is certainly a more broad ranging and illuminating text. For example, Chapter 5 covering the period 1987 to 1995. Consider the folly of Ariel Sharon and Menachem Begin pursuing a "colonial mission" but also of the folly or "poor strategic vision" of the PLO leaders. Zionism has not benefitted the people of the region.
