60 units with 120 attack, 36 defense and 120 weapon strength (90 ap) on a flank charge is not reasonable for 900 gold. On top of that, they do magic damage, apply poison, have vanguard and strider. And in sustained combat, they have 9 more attack and 8 more defense than a unit of Cold One Riders, a 850 gold unit. I definitely think a nerf is warranted. Even if you halved their charge bonus, their combat stats are still really high for a unit with 100 speed at 900 gold that's supposedly bad in sustained combat.

they were fine for a very long time. last time they were OP was 2.0 patch. its just that they buffed seekers massivelly, which reminds me of when hellstriders were broken.

@@Weberkooks while I can't test it right now, I'm pretty sure their sustained combat stats and poison means they win a frontal charge 1v1 against Cold One Riders. The armor of the Riders don't really matter with the Seekers having primarily AP damage, and the AP damage of the Riders is largely wasted on the seekers having next to no armor.

Streltsi seem a little lackluster but they can do it all. I agree that just one or two here would make a good difference given how much Nurgle leaned into great weapons.

I'm pretty sure it gets eaten for breakfast by the Angels of Decay and the Rotting Riders, and the Wyrm and other single entities are also particularly susceptible to poison. You're most likely better off bringing 1½ units of Streltsi.

Nurgle has some of the best tools in the game for dealing with big SEs. Angels of Decay, Exalted Heroes and Rot Nights all hard counter SE monsters plus Rancid Visitations just nukes single targets.

Which performs best against armored Nurgle troops? Strelsti, armored (great weapon), or light sleds?

If you're up against shields, great weapons. If you're up against monsters/monstrous units, Streltsi I wouldn't consider sleds proper chariots, and in my experience, Nurgle usually has the mass to stop them if you try to cycle charge with them. I think sleds are generally better thought of as mobile Streltsi, a bit like War Wagons.

Not sure if it's possible to protect him from the double exalted hero though. His bear isn't a fast mount, and you don't wanna go elite infantry vs. Nurgle because you get punished by Stream of Corruption. So while Kostaltyn has some grinding potential, I think the value proposition of getting a slippery caster lord and the problem of Stream of Corruption might outweigh it.

All kislev units are unbreakable for a while when reaching 0 leadership. I dont know if its balanced now, but especially for game types as domination its very powerful

Kislev basically had no weaknesses, the unbreakable ability lasted so long that it was impossible to remove infantry from points. Hybrid infantry was also a problem when you are dealing with layers of missile fire from tanky infantry. The glorious charge ability made them some of the best cav in the game, and even the dervishes perform very well for their cost, providing cheap fast capture weight. Little grom is an excellent and mobile artillery piece, and the sleds were almost unstoppable at the beginning.

Every unit is unbreakable; their 'chaff' halberds were beating cav and even infantry units that were way more expensive; their cav is meant to be shock cav but was winning grinds against melee cav of a similar price; armoured cossar shooting had obnoxiously good AP values combined with their armour and shields made skirmishing with them very difficult, plus their solid combat stats made them difficult to dive; the Incarnate Elemental was anti large with a mortis to deal with infantry; warsleds had enough mass to pull through anything trying to keep them in sustained combat; the Patriarch passive healing plus Saylaks Lulaby meant that SE blobs were almost unkillable. The list goes on but this comment is already so long no one will finish it. Needless to say, Kislev was completely busted. Now its time for the Ogres to take that spot for a while.

Kislev will never feel fun to play with or agaisnt for me. Their faction mechanic feels so inhumane, more similar to undead or daemons.
