Have I got a good one for you today! When I spoke to the tenant that lives here, he was concerned about an upcoming end of lease inspection and wanted to get the place into shape. I said we could help, but it was going to be expensive, due to the size of the property. In the end, we came to a fair arrangement and the customer got a cleanup and hopefully passed the inspection, and we got some good content. All up, this job took 2 of around 7.5 hours to complete, and we took out a very full trailer of green waste, bricks, and rubbish. This is part 1 of 2.

A: Brent quit at the start of August 2022.
Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of cans?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I'm not really sure to be honest, maybe something to do with space & maintenance, but either way, it really is poor heat efficiency!
Q: Why are you cutting so close to your employee!
A: I'm not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved!
Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying?
A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well, to do the job required.
Q: You work so well together, how do you do it?
A: That's the magic of editing. My workers are basically given instructions on what to do, I just edit it all out, so the videos look seamless!

That was my question as well. Why would you park in the middle of a yard, when there is a driveway and street to park on? "Low rent" mentality. Excellent clean up, gentleman! 🇺🇸

I guess it’s the same all over the world. Renters have no respect for property they don’t own. Sometimes there are exceptions but what a shame there’s cans and garbage under bushes and even way under the over grown grass. Take pride in what you have even if you don’t own it. It doesn’t cost anything to keep a good clean home. Just use your head and put garbage where it belongs … in a waste receptacle. Good hard wrk men 👍🏼 Oh my gosh there was a sidewalk on the side of the house 🤦‍♀️

I am always amazed at how big people’s yards are there! And always so neglected! You tackled the project with resolve! When I read the tenants were looking to get a passing inspection, and you had to come to a “fair price” with them, I was like they need to pay you whatever you ask, they obviously didn’t keep up the maintenance.

Well you may not have been able to make a silk purse out of that pig's ear of a yard, but it was a pretty good one by the end. Loved the cleared right hand side and path, as well as the now-usable path at the front of the house. Hated how the tenants had totally chewed up the lawn by driving over it so much. Nice that you and the tenant were able to come to an agreement that benefitted you both.
