OK, I have to say that you're good. Everytime I see something that isn't right or not perfect (a dead branch left behind, or a trimmed bush that has a couple of branches sticking out or not perfectly rounded), I notice it but just when I do, you go back and fix it. Great job.

That wooden plank at the garden edge that overlapped the front step was just a complete no no. I knew you’d cut it George, and I was on edge until you did. I’d seen the video of you doing the makeover on the side a backyard of this house, which was an incredible transformation, but I hadn’t seen the front yard, til now. What a difference you have made! Wow, I loved this! What a transformation! I really loved what you did along the road frontage, but all of it was great. I felt for this young mother. Sounds like she has a lot on her plate, and the noise from the busy road in the distance was a killer. I'm so glad you chose this yard, not just because it is great to see the transformation, but because I think the lady will be so happy you did it. Now she and her kids can enjoy their yard. Not sure how I missed this and #2! Boy, you sure stumbled upon lots of bricks and the like. This front yard alone must've taken you forever! I'm glad you kept the bushes near the road, as it is probably VERY noisy, and for privacy. A lot of landscapers don't consider that at all. And we were rewarded for staying until the end! Those big bushes help with road noise also, with that busy street in the front. Not only did you make it look nice but all that dry grass is a fire hazard too! That is a deceptively large yard! How nice for all the walkers not to have to go out in the street to pass by. As usual, you did a great job!

lol, I do too sometimes - some plants look at their best after trimming, some... need to grow in a little! The lavender looked a little shocked and forlorn, but will come back happier. I think the space left by taking out the shrub too close to its neighbour by the drive can now be replanted, if wanted.
