Fun episode. Cows can be unpredictable, so you did right thing . As curious as they were about you , Fendy and your stuff you did the right thing . They could up back around you later and something spook them , then no telling which way they would run . That is an absolutely beautiful area . I know this video didn't play out the way you wanted but it made my heart smile. I agree you did the right thing in leaving. Growing up around Herefords like the majority of those we would NEVER camp in the same field as ours for the same reasons you left. Their curiosity used to be a pain in the butt because if you were out doing something they always had to be a part of it and loved to come inspect the dog. Hi Gaz, My favourite so far of yours and your adorable little dogs adventures and at times it was hilarious! Beautiful scenery and you had a nice dip in the water which was a big positive. The local herd of Cows who came down to the beach were I think just being inquisitive, however you did the sensible thing and packed your tent away. Loved watching this adventure.

Reminds me of a campground on Cape Breton Island. The owner a farmer use part of his land for the campground which gave him extra income. He said the cows stay on their side. My cousin and I learned that we could not step into their side without having them come after us. They also took over the beach once a day to get into the salt water and soak their feet. You brought back memories Gaz.

Cows are such curious creatures. Especially those that roam free on so much land. Not all but most cows are quite the gentle creatures as long they don’t feel threaten. With them coming to that beach and socializing like so seems to be a possible normal thing for them, always looking to meeting all types of life that stops by. I love the one hovering above! 🤣

Such a beautiful place i wouldnt pitch my tent near the cows and i dont think i will eat yorkshire pudding again without thinking about the bumb hole again. Now that was a fun adventure with the Bovine Hill Country Gang! My mom’s family had a ranch in the Wine country in California, all the cows (except the bull) were totally wonderful! We even played “Rawhide” with the herd , (without the bull ) 60’s American Western stuff, like Bonanza, we were on horses so we felt safe from stampedes, oh for the good ole days!

Brings back many happy memories camping with my dear late bf Bruce, going on our 'campaigns' exploring hillforts in Wales, Scotland and in our youth camping in Edale and the outskirts of Preston picking magic shrooms! Very cool spot! You and Fendi are a real cow magnets now aren't ya! Funny just how curious they were. Feral horses can be the same. I can remember a camp where they picked up a friends small 1 person tent and kept shaking it. lol Too bad you had to leave but it probably was for the better. Thanks for sharing. :) :)

Hello 😊 well done going in for a dip. Then the fun started you in the friar Tuck outfit rather fetching in blue, Then cows appeared from over the hills I cried laughing 2am we can now say you can be called Gaz the Cow whisper. One word from you and they did as they pleased !! What amazing place, shame you couldn't stay. Steak could have been on the menu. 😂 I loved this video really had a good laugh with the jokes. awesome, you and you lil guy just put a smile on my face when i just noticed that you put out another wild camp video. your country looks so different than where i'm from. it is stunning. i love it how you show us the hillsides and ancient structures. yes, videos teaching us more about the history of the sites you pass thru. the stories
