Looks like Art Deco. Maybe white vinegar would help remove it. It takes wallpaper paste off. We used to spray the walls with white vinegar and water to take off wallpaper. I keep a spray bottle of white vinegar and water(50/50) on the kitchen counter for cleaning countertops and windows, etc.

Archie is with his birth mother, the photos of the socall Archie is off August Eugene son. The royals is doing great with out the Harkels. God bless the royal family and keep them safe.
