What do you think of Navi Mumbai as an investment into flats or commercial shops etc. Since the old Bombay is high on pockets and Navi Mumbai being affordable, do you think it might be a fruitful investment? Maybe you should make a video on this!

Hey, thanks for watching! So yes I think it's a good opportunity, areas like Vashi have matured already, but moving closer to Kharghar or Panvel I think there is still room for growth, especially with projects like the Navi Mumbai Metro, and the Trans Harbour Link coming in. Am planning a series on specific city markets, but not sure how interested people would be 😅

I don’t want to sound rude but the way you speak is really boring. I mean it literally feels like u r reading a script rather than having a conversation about real estate. Real estate can be very boring until u try to present it a certain way. Just reading in English is not going to do it. My dislike is only for this reason 👆. But I agree with many of the points u made about real estate.
