This episode provides some great insights into the current state of the Australian property market. It’s a reminder of how important it is for investors to stay informed and adapt to changing conditions. Definitely worth a watch for anyone looking to make smarter decisions in real estate!

Compulsory system of voting seriously, its only compulsory to turn up and get your name crossed off the roll

wouldn't it be great if a third party were to be formed that we could actually vote for? ie a housing affordability party, one that is anti-immigration and anti tax lurks such as negative gearing and the 50% discount on capital gain. Now that'd be a party that'd I'd vote for.

We want it all. Pathetic really. Why don’t we help those in need in other countries instead of yearning for bigger and better more and more. Even just a little. That is why it is even more pathetic.

Australia is under no obligation to help other countries. Charity starts at home first.
