I love this games soundtrack names because the chillest songs sound like they'd be the craziest/most intense like "Jump and Die" and "Death By Nanobots" but then stuff like "Mr. Dance" and "Unicorn Victory" are super hype and intense. I feel like it perfectly fits the tone of the game with stuff like the difficulty settings and unpredictable traps and is just a really nice touch I wanted to take a second to appreciate

The Hello AI song is honestly awesome! Jason Hanes did a great job but weirdly I still like Jonas' voice for Hello AI much more, there's just a uniqueness to how he sings, there's just a weird more adventurous and encouraging tone to it XD. Awesome stuff though regardless, all of it!

Track 3 made me realize how insane this OST is. You have your own recognizable tune you work into other songs with completely different themes and purposes to make it that much more connected and seamless. This is mastery!

Rage platformers are absolutely not my thing, but this one has a look and feel that is just so appealing... I find myself go back to it quite often while other platformer titles are just rotting in my steam lib.... And making the OST free for use is just a boss move :) All thumbs up!

Hi, Jonas! Big fan, I've been watching you silently for at least a couple of years now. Now, there's one review on the Will You Snail? steam page that begins with: "Wow, this leaves... Something to be desired. For being in development so long, and being so hyped up, this is a mediocre game at best." It goes into really small detail and, in my opinion, the reasons for disliking the game are perfectly valid for the reviewer (though I can't say if I agree or not because, well, I can't afford fudge all at the moment so I haven't played the game; I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have nearly as many complaints though). So, my question for you is this: having spent such a long time on Will You Snail? or any other projectb and having poured so much heart into them, how do reviews like this, ones that bring up actual points of potential criticisms but are very harsh in their wording, affect you as a developer? Do they affect you at all? Do you have trouble coping with them or do you view them as good criticism? And hey, congrats on the release! 99% positive reviews of 450 over the first two days is what I presume to be a massive success in the indie space. Love your content, mate, best of luck for the future! EDIT: Oh and also, this sountrack is a masterpiece. Having watched a couple playthroughs, I think ot works just perfectly within the game. And it's a bloody good listen too!

Jonaaaaas! I must say I'm absolutely blown away by everything you'd done for this game. I'm not even a fan of platformers and I went through it, collected all secrets, defeated all bosses on the hardest difficulty and absolutely loved the story. It was seriously a treat. I love how even though the game was pretty short itself, it had a lot of variety, making me want to see more and more. The music also made me enjoy every level so much I sometimes was kind of sad I finished it and another song started playing. ^_^; Overall I spent about 12 hours in the game and I had an absolute blast. You man, are an inspiration to me. I've been watching your videos for 2 years now and I must admit I envy your work ethic. Again, you are an inspiration. Good things take time and you made something great. Keep doing what you love. Thanks to you, I know I will.

It just feel surreal to finally have played this game you've been working on for years, that I've watched you make. And for it to be as good as it is. The gameplay was worked well, it's story was surprisingly interesting for a game that I wasn't sure would have a fantastic one, and Squid was very entertaining (and sometimes frustrating). It's music was what was the best part of the experience though. I've been listening to it in the background of your videos, so that was what I was most excited for, and it does not disappoint. Death by Nanobots is easily my favorite song other than Hello AI. Disco of Doom is also really good as well as Final Encounter. Chill Zone is nice, Simulated Life, Mama Squid, Winter mode and Reality Diving were all notable. My favorite thing about the soundtrack is how it has a really good leitmotif that doesn't get old AT ALL and is used in pretty creative ways.

Love this ost, fits the game excellently! My one recommendation is that I'd appreciate it if you added music to some of the secret puzzle rooms with no music or just an ominous drone. It doesn't have to be new music, but it's more pleasant to work through tricky puzzles with bg music.
