Yes! I would eat this delicious salad. My neighbor made a similar salad and used basil instead of mint. It was good and she added blueberries. Your videos are looking good. Keep up the good work.

It looks really good. A friend shared with me a recipe for a salad/salsa type dish using finely diced red bell peppers, onions, and feta cheese. For dressing she used olive oil and apple cider vinegar. It was good as a side dish, but I also like it on sandwiches.

I make an awesome pasta salad and I add peas and cucumbers to it (most don't) and it is great in pasta salad. I don't like to use salt if I can so I add parm. cheese to my pasta salad for the cheese and the salty flavor.

This is a well known salad. I did see a video in the past by Mary Berry a U.K. chef. She used an oblong dish and layed the components to avoid tossing plus very large chunks of feta, Dressed as she layered. You salad looked as appetizing as hers. Good on you.
