Willam's Kassiopita

William Dachris, the Grecian Purveyor, shares his family recipe for Kassiopita (flour pie). It is a simple preparation that you can make for an easy lunch or light dinner, served with a rustic Greek salad. The ingredients are few and mostly staples - flour, milk, eggs, and feta. I made this Easter Sunday and it was an absolute hit with everyone. I shared some with my neighbors. One said it was phenomenal! I have to agree. I made it a second time but didn't have self raising flour (couldn't find any anywhere) so i used a combination of what i had - didn't get the same result. Now i have the right flour, I can't stop thinking about it so i'm about to make it again. 😊
