I haven't (yet) seen all of the Will & Grace episodes. Therefore, did not know Joan Collins was a guest in an episode...considering she was first cast as the character of Beverly Leslie (which was recast with Leslie Jordan because Joan wouldn't participate in a wig reveal)...

French Stewart of "3rd Rock from the Sun" was never on "W&G" and that's too bad because when MadTV first debuted, it was much smarter than the skits on SNL and French Stewart was a guest one night. He definitely was under used on 3rd Rock. I feel like he and Sean Hayes would make a funny pair in a movie.
